  • 1-1/3 cups old-fashioned oats
  • 3/4 cup milk
  • 3/4 cup plain yogurt
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 1 cup pitted fresh or frozen dark sweet cherries, thawed
  • 1 cup fresh or frozen blueberries, thawed
  • 1/2 cup chopped walnuts, toasted

Directions

  • In a small bowl, combine oats, milk, yogurt and honey. Refrigerate, covered, overnight.
  • Top each serving with cherries, blueberries and walnuts.

  • 1 cup fat-free milk
  • 1 cup frozen unsweetened strawberries
  • 1/2 cup frozen unsweetened raspberries

Directions

  • Add the milk, berries and sugar in a blender; cover and process until smooth. Add ice cubes; cover and process until smooth. Divide mixture between 2 serving bowls. If desired, add optional toppings.

  • 3 cups oats
  • 2/3 cup chopped pecans
  • 1/3 cup salted pumpkin seeds

  • 1/2 cup dried cranberries

Directions

  • Preheat oven to 325°. In a large bowl, combine oats, pecans and pumpkin seeds. In a small bowl, mix maple syrup, butter and cinnamon. Pour over oat mixture and toss to coat.
  • Transfer to a baking pan coated with cooking spray. Bake 35-40 minutes or until golden brown, stirring occasionally. Cool completely on a wire rack. Stir in dried fruits; serve with yogurt. Store granola in an airtight container.

Ingredients

  • 4-1/2 cups water
  • 1 can (20 ounces) crushed pineapple, undrained
  • 2 cups shredded carrots
  • 1 cup steel-cut oats

  • 2 teaspoons ground cinnamon

Directions

  • In a electric pressure cooker coated with cooking spray, combine the ingredients. Lock lid; make sure vent is closed. Select manual setting; adjust pressure to high, and set time for 10 minutes. When finished cooking, allow pressure to naturally release for 10 minutes, then quick-release any remaining pressure. If desired, sprinkle with brown sugar.

  • 1 frozen unsweetened acai pack (100g)
  • 1/2 cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk
  • 1 large overripe frozen banana

Directions

  • Break acai pack into fourths using a sharp knife. Place acai along with the rest of the ingredients (except toppings) in a high-speed blender or food processor and blend until smooth and creamy.
  • Top with desired toppings.

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup quinoa, rinsed and well drained
  • 2 cups unsweetened almond milk
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup fresh or frozen blueberries, thawed
  • 1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2 tablespoons chopped almonds, toasted

Directions

  • In a small saucepan, cook and stir quinoa over medium heat until lightly toasted, 5-7 minutes. Stir in almond milk, honey, cinnamon and salt; bring to a boil. Reduce heat; simmer, uncovered, until quinoa is tender and liquid is almost absorbed, 20-25 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  • Remove from heat; stir in blueberries and vanilla. Sprinkle with almonds.
