Egypt to operate last repatriation flight from Kuwait

DUBAI: Cairo’s flag carrier EgyptAir operated its last repatriation flight from Kuwait on Thursday to return 300 citizens, the Egyptian embassy said.

The country has operated a total of 36 similar trips from Kuwait, which flew 6,300 Egyptians home.
The Civil Aviation Ministry said they operated five repatriation flights from several Gulf countries on Tuesday: three from Abu Dhabi and one from each Jeddah and Muscat.
Countries have been repatriating their citizens as international airports have closed down in a bid to curb the spread of coronavirus.
