Kuwait cabinet decided to place new districts in isolation in these areas Mahboula, Farwaniya, Maidan Hawally, Nugra, Kheithan, Jleeb and Hawally.

Kuwait Army will take charge of isolating and securing the entire Farwaniya area, while the National Guard would be responsible for isolating and securing the Khaitan area from Sunday when these areas will be under total lock down.

The residents in the areas that are on total lockdown like Hawalli, Maidan Hawalli, Farawaniyah, Jleeb Al-Shuyoukh, Mahboula and Khaitan will not be allowed to enter and exit the area, according to the recommendations of the Ministry of Health, as they are considered coronavirus hotspots.
