Residency Violators To Rectify Status Before 31st December

The Ministry of Interior called on all violators of residency law before January 2020 to pay fines and rectify their status before December 31.

According to the circular, anyone with residency violation on or before January 1, 2020, can pay the legal fines and amend the legal status starting form December 1, 2020, to December 31 2020.

Those who wish to leave the country must pay the legal fines to get the departure notice, and they will have the chance to return to the country in the future.

The violators who do not amend their legal status within the mentioned period will be deported and will not be able to come back to the country in the future.

MoI also informed that holders of all temporary residency or those on visit visa and renewed automatically due to the current situation must amend their residency status in the country, or leave the country before November 30, 2020.
