Kuwaiti arrested for harassing a young woman
KUWAIT CITY, Oct 17: An unidentified Kuwaiti has been arrested and referred for interrogation for allegedly harassing a young woman in the parking lot of a commercial complex, reports Al-Rai daily. The daily added, when police officers intervened, he reportedly beat one of them. He was later overpowered, handcuffed and taken to the Sharq Police Station. It has been reported the arrest came after a waiter working for one of the restaurants in the area called the Operations Department of the Ministry of Interior and complained about the man. The man was reportedly abnormal.
