KUWAIT, Feb 21: Kuwait Foreign Ministry strongly condemned on Monday the attack launched by Houthi militia on Jazan airport, southwestern Saudi Arabia and resulted in 16 injuries among civilians. In a statement, the ministry clarified that the continuation of such terrorist acts on civilian areas is a flagrant violation of international law that affects the security of the kingdom and the region.
These attacks require serious and quick action by the international community to deter such criminal terrorist acts and hold the perpetrators accountable, the statement added. The Ministry affirmed the State of Kuwait’s firm and complete stand by the sisterly Kingdom of Saudi Arabia in all the measures it takes to maintain its security and stability, expressing wishes for a speedy recovery for the injured (KUNA)
