Smuggling attempt foiled, 74 Kgs of hashish found
KUWAIT CITY, Aug 13: Kuwait Coast Guards managed to thwart an attempt to smuggle 74 kgs of hashish. According to the Ministry of Interior, a boat was spotted on the radar entering the territorial waters near Umm Al Maradim Island. Immediately Coast Guard patrol was dispatched to seize the boat. On the boat 3 people along with 74 packets of hashish one kilo each was found. They were referred to the competent authority to take the necessary legal measures against them.
