KUWAIT CITY, March 27: The director of the Department of Public Cleanliness and Road Occupations at the Governorate Municipality Branch, Muhammad Al-Jaba’a, explained that the field tour that was carried out in the Saad Al-Abdullah area, and resulted in the removal of 12 violating food trucks, which were sent to the Municipality’s reservation garage, reports Al-Rai daily. He pointed out that inspectors communicated with all cleaning centers and road occupancy and followed up on street vendors in the governorate for their field trips to monitor and follow up on violators of the regulations in force in the municipality and take legal action against them.

Meanwhile, personnel from the Capital Emergency Team have taken into custody the owner of a well-known shop located in one of the famous complexes in Salmiya, for selling counterfeit branded accessories, bags and women’s shoes, reports Al-Rai daily. Hamid Al-Dhafiri of the Capital Emergency Team, said the shop was raided based on complaints received from some customers that they buy goods from an Egyptian at exorbitant prices although they are pirated goods.
