Crackdown on drug dealers in Kuwait continue

KUWAIT CITY, April 4 : The General Department for Drug Control, specifically the Local Control Department, has increased their efforts to monitor security and conduct campaigns against drug dealers. As a result, they were able to apprehend 5 individuals in possession of 20 grams of crystal meth, 400 grams of hashish, and 25 grams of heroin across three separate cases.

Additionally, in collaboration with the General Administration of Customs, they were able to seize three individuals for importing narcotics via air freight. The seized items included 600 grams of narcotic marijuana, 20 ampoules of cannabis oil, and 60 tablets suspected to contain narcotic substances. The accused individuals have been referred to the appropriate authorities for necessary legal action to be taken against them.
