Three Asians Arrested for Illicit Alcohol Production in Jleeb Al-Shuyoukh

KUWAIT CITY, Sept 9:  Officials from the General Administration of Residence Affairs Investigations successfully arrested three Asian expats producing locally distilled alcohol. The operation was carried out as part of an ambush set up in the Jleeb Al-Shuyoukh area.

The investigation began when officers from the General Administration of Residence Affairs Investigations observed suspicious activities linked to an Asian group engaged in the illegal production of local liquor in the Jleeb Al-Shuyoukh vicinity. After conducting thorough surveillance and inquiries over several days, authorities pinpointed the exact apartment being used as a clandestine alcohol manufacturing facility.

Subsequently, a raid was executed, resulting in the apprehension of the three individuals who were part of this operation. Law enforcement also confiscated approximately 140 bottles of locally produced liquor.

The suspects have been detained and handed over to the relevant authorities for further legal proceedings.
