Al-Shaab Palace Seizure Confirmed In Favor Of Doha Bank
KUWAIT CITY, Nov 8: The Court of Urgent Appeal has issued a verdict, dismissing the appeal filed by Sheikh Fahad Saad Al-Abdullah Al-Sabah and confirming the decision of the Court of First Instance to confiscate Al-Shaab Palace as part of the settlement for a debt exceeding 26 million dinars owed to Doha Bank, reports Al-Rai daily.
