Police arrest unidentified young man for possessing drugs, knife
KUWAIT CITY, Nov 18: Rescue patrol men referred a young man in his thirties to the General Administration for Drug Control after arresting him in Subbiya.
A security source told Al-Anba that patrol men became suspicious of a vehicle, and when it was stopped, its driver showed signs of confusion.
A cigarette seized from him was found to contain hashish and also seized a knife from him. A report was filed on the incident and the person was referred to the competent authority.
