KUWAIT CITY, Nov 26: The Court of Cassation ruled to fine the defendants in the Army Fund case 105 million Kuwaiti dinars and obliged them to return double the amount of the money embezzled.

Today, in the same case, the same court ruled that former Minister Khaled Al-Jarrah and others be imprisoned for 7 years, while it refrained from pronouncing the punishment for former Prime Minister His Highness Sheikh Jaber Al-Mubarak.
