LOS ANGELES, Dec 6, (Agencies): Meghan Markle stepped out in Santa Barbara, close to her residence with Prince Harry and their children, Prince Archie and Princess Lilibet. The Duchess of Sussex, aged 42, sported a casual look with sneakers, a baseball cap, and her hair braided down her back. Notably, she adorned a diamond tennis bracelet, believed to be a gift from her father-in-law, King Charles.
The bracelet made its public debut on Meghan's wrist the evening before her royal wedding to Prince Harry in May 2018 at the Cliveden House Hotel. Speculation arose that it might be a wedding present from then-Prince Charles to his daughter-in-law, whom he escorted down the aisle. Meghan also showcased the accessory shortly after her wedding during her first royal engagement with Charles and Queen Camilla, back when Camilla held the title of the Duchess of Cornwall.
This distinctive bracelet reappeared during Meghan and Harry's inaugural major royal tour in the fall of 2018, notably during a stop in Fiji. Despite the attention on the accessory, Meghan and Prince Harry, aged 39, have refrained from making any comments following the release of Omid Scobie's book, “Endgame.” The book gained widespread attention, especially due to a Dutch translation that reportedly implicated King Charles and Kate Middleton in alleged remarks about the potential skin color of Meghan and Harry's child.
