241 Expats Arrested During Security Campaign

KUWAIT CITY, Dec 8: The Residence Affairs Investigations Administration, represented by the Research and Investigation Department, the Control and Coordination Department, the Tripartite Committee, and the Violations Follow-up Department have arrested 241 people for violating the Residency and Labor Law . Those arrested are of various nationalities and include 3 people for begging, 44 violators working for home delivery companies, and 26 daily workers. The campaigns were organized in Mahboula, Farwaniya, Khaitan, Salmiya, Al-Ardiya, and Amghara in cooperation with the Public Authority for Manpower. During the campaign, two fake servants’ offices were raided by violators, and eight violators were taken into custody.
