Welcome, ladies and gentlemen, to the start of a new era in American history. Today, we stand at the dawn of a new golden age, one that will be marked by strength, prosperity, and exceptional leadership. For too long, America has been plagued by uncertainty, division, and mediocrity. But with my administration, we are determined to change that.
Since my first week in office, we have already accomplished more than was thought possible in a short span of time. The American people are once again proud to call themselves citizens of this great nation. Our allies are encouraged, and our adversaries are on notice. The era of American dominance is back, and it’s here to stay.
I want to take a moment to congratulate our re-elected House Republican majority, who have just secured their largest popular vote since 1928. To House Speaker Mike Johnson, Majority Leader Steve Scalise, and Majority Whip Tom Emmer, I offer my sincerest appreciation for their tireless efforts to champion our values and defend our country. To the incredible House members and staff, thank you for your unwavering dedication to our nation.
I also want to acknowledge the outstanding work of our Congressional Institute CEO, Kelly Strickland, and the many remarkable individuals who have contributed to our success. I’d be remiss if I didn’t mention Kellyanne Conway, who has been an integral part of our campaign and continues to do great work in the President’s office. And to our esteemed mayor, Estevan, thank you for your support and commitment to our shared values.
As we move forward, I am confident that we will continue to forge a new path, one marked by growth, progress, and triumph. We will work tirelessly to ensure that our economy is strong, our people are safe, and our borders are secure. We will be guided by the principles of American exceptionalism, founded on the bedrock of freedom, innovation, and the pursuit of happiness.
