One supporter said, "Nobody likes to pay more for anything, I don’t. But um, in the long run, I think it’s going to be good. Um, I’m on board with the mission. My money went down just like everybody else’s, my investments, and they’re coming right back up. It doesn’t phase me a bit."

Immigration Policies

When it comes to immigration policies, one supporter said, "I am totally excited. Everybody I know is excited. Absolutely everybody that’s here illegally should go. I’m not one of these that oh, the poor person, no. They need to go. They came in illegally. I do believe that people are criminals, and they’re doing the wrong things, and they should be taken out of our country."

Drain the Swamp

The president’s pledge to drain the swamp is another issue that’s important to his supporters. Shaquille spoke with supporters who are willing to give Trump the benefit of the doubt on this issue as well.
