In Video: Brown University students shelter in place during shooting

The officers were seen moving cautiously through the area, directing people to quickly gather their belongings and phones. “Is this it? Is this the group? Guys, if you have your bags, your phones, go grab it now. Quickly. Go quick. Go fast. Let’s go. Let’s go. Good job.”

As the situation comes to a close, authorities have repeatedly emphasized the importance of following their instructions. “Sign. Hurry up.”

The motives behind the police operation remain unclear, with speculation rampant and the officers’ words of wisdom echoing in the air: “Just keep your hands up for us.”
